Returns & Refunds Policy

We are proud that all our shipments go through 3 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. ‘Ushijo.co’ or Ushij Online Services LLP offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. For Returns & Refunds please write to us on business@ushijo.com within 7 days of order delivery and we will be more than happy to assist.
